I was getting bullied a lot and pushed around because of my size in university, people would not depend on me for more “Manly” tasks which made me feel pretty bad about myself. I wanted to show everyone that I could transform myself and help boost my confidence and self worth.
When I started out, I was very very VERY ignorant. I would work arms out nearly every day. It wasn’t until other guys at the gym started giving me some tips on what exercises worked what that I actually became serious about it. I began to love working out. My routine was 6, sometimes 7 day schedules. I never gave myself adequate time to rest, but due to being new to it, and my body still adjusting to the stresses, I was able to make gains doing it. Now, I do a 5 day split and maintain a somewhat healthy diet, which is the most important aspect of it all; eating healthy.
When I’m at the gym now and see a guy who was in my position when I started out, I never hesitate to go over and ask them about their goals or if they had any questions about exercise/nutrition.

Couple of questions for you. How tall are you? How long did it take to make those gains? Were any specific supplements used along with your diet and training? If so, can you list them?
